Responsibilities:

To provide tailored & professional services to customers

Key Outputs

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the luxury goods sector and what motivates it’s customers
  • Interact with customers – providing professional, informed advice on Cupid Jewels brand & products
  • Build relationship with the customers and colleagues at all levels in the outlet
  • Ensure that products and displays are consistently well presented, report any faults to Branch Manager

Key Performance Indicators
  • Increased Brand awareness amongst customers
  • Increased sales of luxury goods
  • Ensure best practice for promotion set-up

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Highly presentable
  • Persuasive selling skills
  • Excellent understanding of the consumer, trend & environment
  • Commitment to delivery and results
  • Knowledge of in house and competitor brands
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Organisation, planning and administrative skills
